Peter specialises in valuation, damages quantification and accounting for dispute resolution purposes. With more than 15 years’ experience in valuation, he has been based in Singapore since 2016 where he now heads the independent boutique firm Reference Consulting.

Peter is known for his nuanced first-principles technical approach and is passionate about valuation including for intangible and novel asset classes leveraging his hands on experience, and finance and accounting credentials.

Peter has been involved in numerous matters across a wide range of industries for a variety of purposes including for financial reporting, tax and in the context of dispute resolution (including for matters under ICC, SIAC and HKIAC arbitral rules and for courts in Australia, Cayman Islands and Singapore).

Peter is regularly engaged by start-up and technology companies, and private equity in relation to valuation and accounting issues and regularly presents and authors content on these topics.
